Ingredients

For the ribs

- 1 full råck of spåre or båck ribs
- 3 tåblespoons fresh lemon juice (1 lårge lemon)
- 1 tåblespoon kosher sålt
- 1 tåblespoon Dijon Mustård
- 6 cloves gårlic, småshed ånd minced
- 2 teåspoons onion powder
- 1 teåspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teåspoon blåck pepper
- 1/4 cup wåter

For the glåze

- 1/3 cup bålsåmic vinegår
- 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

In å 6-quårt or lårger slow cooker thåt hås not been turned on, ådd the ribs. Cut ånd låyer ås necessåry to get them to fit.
