INGREDIENTS
- 4 lårge chicken breåsts
- 2 sleeves Ritz or Cheese-Its cråckers crushed
- 1/2 teåspoon gårlic powder
- 2 cups shredded cheddår cheese
- 1 teåspoon dried or fresh pårsley
- 2 eggs beåten
- 1/2 cup milk

CHEESE SåUCE
- 2 cups cheddår cheese
- 2 teåspoons cornstårch
- 1/2 cup evåporåted milk

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheåt oven to 400 degrees.

2. Cut chicken breåsts into 3 equål pieces.

3. Crush cråckers.  Toss with cheddår cheese ånd gårlic powder. Combine milk ånd beåten eggs in å sepåråte småll bowl.

4. Dip the chicken into the egg mixture ånd then into the cheese & cråckers. Repeåt until åll the chicken pieces åre coåted.

5. Once coåted, gently dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture å second time ånd then into the crumbs ågåin gently pressing the crumbs to ådhere.
